A confidential university client engaged Broaddus Planning to conduct a pre- design study to determine the appropriate size and cost of a stadium to fit within a certain budget. Broaddus Planning produced several scenarios that brought the project within their budget parameters.

The university expressed a desire to build this stadium as part of a larger mixed- use development to create an “educational resort” that incorporates academic facilities and student housing as future additions. As part of a mixed- use development the students will have access to specialty retail and recreational amenities.
