Broaddus Planning was engaged by the Integral Care organization in Austin to develop a comprehensive Master Plan for their system-wide operations. This includes developing an extensive understanding of their physical components and service line programs. The process includes Facility Assessments for their 46 facilities located throughout Travis County. For capital planning purposes, evaluation was made to determine facility useful life and scope of required refurbishment for facilities. Of the 46 facilities, 28 were residential properties consisting of apartment complexes and single-family units.

Engagement of the internal staff, local community, and service line partners was part of the process to develop an operational plan focused on alignment of facilities with programs, as well as development of more efficient operational patterns for the organization with a capital plan to confirm:
