Along with our consultants SportsPLAN Studios, Broaddus Planning provided analysis and documentation of site and building space requirements for a proposed expansion of the existing football and track stadium. The scope of work included investigation and recommendations for the program of space requirements, site planning, building organization and massing, description of building systems and materials to support cost estimating and to inform decisions regarding subsequent design and construction.
